In 1995 Ramon Rigoni and Stefan Tauber started to work together on the independet feature film "Der Lauch".

In 1996 Rigoni & Tauber established "illuminati film", through which numerous projects including music videos, sports films and further independent movies ("Leichenschmaus") were created. illuminati film quickly became a successful player within the Austrian production scene. As a result the collective Rigoni (Director, Postproduction & Artwork) & Tauber (DoP, Director & Music) transformed their cooperation "illuminati film" into the company illuminati filmproduktion gmbh.

They are currently active in several areas of film
including feature documentaries ,
("Porno Unplugged") athlete portraits
(Lindsey Vonn, Erik Guay, Robbie Maddison),
advertising (A1, bwin, Skoda, Porsche,
poker4ever etc.) and music videos
(3 Feet Smaller, Christina Stürmer,
Count Basic, Vera Böhnisch, Harri Stojka etc.).
For the short film "Most" (co-produced by
Filmhaus Films) they received several
international awards.
